2 oz. White Rum
1/4 c. Frozen blueberries
5 sprigs of Fresh Mint
Club Soda, to top off
1 tsp. Turbinado Sugar
2 Limes, juiced
In a glass, muddle the mint, lime juice and sugar together with a metal spoon or a pestle.
Add the rum, pineapple juice, and frozen blueberries.
Stir until well mixed and top off with club soda before enjoying.
