Roasted Cabbage Steaks

Makes 4-8 servings – Vegetarian/Main Dish – 1 hour

Ingredients
1 Small Head of Cabbage cut into 1/2" rounds
1 tbsp. Sage, ripped or roughly chopped
2 tbsp. Olive Oil
1 tsp. Sriracha
1/2 tbsp. HVH Honey
3-4 cloves Piedmonte Garlic, minced
Salt and Pepper

Directions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.

Lay the cabbage steaks on a parchment lined pan, drizzle the olive oil, honey and sriracha on both sides. Sprinkle the minced garlic and sage, as well as salt and pepper on the cabbage before putting into the oven.

Roast for 30 mins, flipping the steaks halfway through. Remove from oven and serve.

(Optional: drizzle reduced balsamic vinegar (or glaze) over the cabbage and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.)
