Zucchini Burger

2 lbs. Grated Altobelli Farm Zucchini
1 Egg
2 Garlic Cloves,minced
Salt and Pepper
1/2 tsp. dried Thyme
1/2 tsp. dried Rosemary
1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
1/3 c. Parmesan Cheese, grated
1/3 c. All-purpose Flour
Olive Oil, for cooking
1 Tomato, cut into thick slices
1 pkg. Halloumi, cut into thick slices
4 Hamburger Rolls

Combine the grated zucchini, egg, garlic, salt, pepper, thyme, rosemary, garlic powder, parmesan cheese and flour. Form into patties.

Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Cook the patties, about 3 minutes on each side.

Slice the cheese and fry on both sides. Assemble the burgers beginning with the zucchini patty, followed by the tomato and halloumi.
